Monday

Hey Guys, I know I haven't spoken about movies and TV for a while, sorry. I've been binge watching Arrow, which I finished season one on Netflix. It's pretty good, though I cringe once in a while on the editing. Besides that, I am all caught up on Once Upon A Time, New Girl, The Mindy Project, Parks and Recreation, Chicago Fire & PD. Yeah, that's all that I've got going right now in terms of TV, and most of the shows are nearing their season finale.

I seriously cannot wait for Orange is the New Black, and Pretty Little Liars to return. I need my female empowerment fix.

Movie wise, meh. I'm looking forward to seeing Maleficent and Godzilla out soon. Oh and let's not forget John Green's The Fault In Our Stars which is sure to be a real tearjerker. I know because I cried reading the book.

I'm currently reading Eleanor & Park by Rainbow  Rowell. The fanart is amazing, and I'm glad it's being made into a movie. Rainbow also wrote Fangirl, which I enjoyed very much, because let's be honest here, we have all found ourselves consumed in a good fanfic every now and then.

I cannot express how fond I have been of this coming of age book, a book that hits home when it comes to feeling lonely, or falling in love for the first time. The only book I remember feeling like this is The Perks of Being a Wallflower. I hate when books are labeled under "young adult" because every book, no matter what genre it is, should be read. Books like Eleanor & Park is what makes me love reading even more. They're nostalgic and a breath of fresh air.

Oh and Gone Girl was psycho good. I cannot wait to see the movie starring Ben Affleck and Rosamund Pike out this October.

That's all I've got folks. What are you watching? Reading?
